    "We stayed in room number 105 for 4 days. 1 ltr packed water was provided on the date of check in. Second day they didnt provide. On Third day, we told them to provide 1 ltr packed, then they provided for third day , but not for second day. Forth day we demanded and they provided. They should have provided by default. Now come to Wi-Fi, out of four days it was worked for 2 days, In room tv worked for one day only. Intercom was not working. Room service was average. Need to improve a lot to maintain 3 star facilities."

They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
