There is no staff service at all on this location. exactly how it is depicted on booking.com. there is no service telecom number. no one to even provide tea/coffee. when asked for water they gave a bottle full of water from filter. next, furniture is in pathetic state, the inside of wardrobe wood was stained and full of termites. drawers beside the bed are all exposed dangerously with sharp nails and none of them operational. curtains are half the length of the window making it lose its purpose. washroom taps were not functioning at all. the most pathetic of all is there is no staff to address at all. used mattress are kept in the room which stinked all times and were not removed even though it was known that room was booked for single person. the list goes on and needs urgent attention towards staff presence, service and condition of the rooms.

1. the room was not cleaned before we checked in. 2. we gave them keys to clean it when came back in the night it was still the same and receptionist told me that it has been cleaned already. 3. another room we booked in the same hotel for our parents the quilt was torned it only came to our notice late night while sleeping and there was no one to replace it. hotel parking is not safe i was been asked to park my car in some ground nearby hotel where locals were parking as well. the other day when i was returning back and went to pick the car from parking i found that someone leaked the air from tyres when informed the hotel staff they said it's impossible that someone leaked the air from tyres. upon checking with tyre repairing person the air was leaked and no puncture was found.

The rooms were too small and not properly cleaned, we had to tell the staff to clean everything. tv, wifi were not working, car parking was away from the hotel which raises security concerns of your vehicle. i had breakfast included in my rent and the hotel person took me and family to a very unhygienic kiosk to get us breakfast and the options were pohe and upma. they do not serve breakfast and it's my worst experience ever by booking a hotel with fabhotels. fab hotels should carry out some audits of such hotels else customers like me will stop trusting fabhotels.

Very terrible stay, no staff just one person at reception,no packed water,no parking space,room conditioner was very poor,no television,old bedsheets, charging point is not working.please don't book anyone
