1 AverageWe did not like anything about this hotel. the receptionist on 28th early morning 5am was very uninviting , unpleasant and gloomy on arrival. he took forever to confirm my booking. the card machine was not charged and he was insisting on gpay or cash payment for which i denied and he took 10mins to charge the device making me stand with heavy luggage!! no room service . for a 3star hotel, they don't even provide drinking water to the room. the room service guy and receptionist was saying water to be paid extra 50rs for each bottle!! nit included in the room rent!! the room was damp. leaking roof. molded everywhere. abroken cloth hanger. dirty pillow cover which i complained nd got it change. the duvet had hairs indicating previous usage and not changed. worst service. and worst hotel i have ever stayed!! even the lift was dirty and sticky!Kailasarajan N, 31 Dec

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 1 Feb

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 6 May

5 FabulousI like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.Surender Singh Chauhan, 17 May
