Quietness and cleanliness

Room was neat and clean. Everything in room was in working condition but you have to use wifi and phone hotspot to use TV. There was no lift facility in 3 storey building, this thing was so much disappointed me. Staffs were too polite and service was good. Every floor, entrance and exit was under CCTV surveillance so no worry it's safe.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th April 2018 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Its a pathetic hotel!! The rooms are dirty and the hotel is very shady. The entire space, room, washrooms and utilities were very dirty and absolutely disgusting. The blanket and mattress had brown marks all over it. There was dust and cockroaches in the room. The washroom was slippery and weirdly dirty. It is not hygienic at all - dont go by the pictures. Do not book this place!! Even though its under fabhotels it is absolutely disgusting and not safez
