Room was neat and clean. Everything in room was in working condition but you have to use wifi and phone hotspot to use TV. There was no lift facility in 3 storey building, this thing was so much disappointed me. Staffs were too polite and service was good. Every floor, entrance and exit was under CCTV surveillance so no worry it's safe.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Not worth the money. No proper hot water facility, was informed that airport is only 5 km from hotel, but actually distance was more than 12 Km. Also, while booking, it was informed that, hotel staff will facilitate cab booking to airport, however had to book cab by myself and was informed that they do not have such service. Will not recommend this place.

The rooms were ok ok. There is no lift and no one helped to carry luggage. Room locks were broken. Water drainage in bathroom was poor. Bathing towels were not good..they were worn off. There were no toiletries and they just filled water in handwash. Breakfast was not available. Overall not a good experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was disappointing. The TV in the room was not working, and despite informing the staff, it was never fixed. The Wi-Fi was also not working , which made it very difficult to stay connected or get any work done. On top of that, the food was very bad — poor quality and not worth the price at all. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.

Worst stay ever. Left one day early. Dirty linens, dirty utensils. Doesn't look safe for single women travellers, very unprofessional. AC and geyser didn't work in both. Food quality was ok but the way they served is totally unprofessional. No lift no proper room service. In one room bathroom door doesn't have a lock from inside. Pathetic experience. Had to switch to other hotel for safety and convenience. Won't suggest for anyone.

Its a pathetic hotel!! The rooms are dirty and the hotel is very shady. The entire space, room, washrooms and utilities were very dirty and absolutely disgusting. The blanket and mattress had brown marks all over it. There was dust and cockroaches in the room. The washroom was slippery and weirdly dirty. It is not hygienic at all - dont go by the pictures.
