The bad is so comfortable and the room is so clean. All the staff is extremely professional, helpful and very quick. The breakfast is amazing

Right from breakfast spread to staff courtesy, big spacious rooms to room service to helping with pick up/ drop arrangements everything perfect. Great place to stay.

Room was excellent.But the bed sheet cover provided was not washed properly ,it had some water marks Otherwise everything else was fine. The hotel's check out time is fixed for 23 hours (12 pm to 11 am) which is not in accordance with standard procedure . It should have been 12 pm next day ! Also,as is the practice everywhere it should be 24 hours from the check in time.

Room is clean & neat. Closed parking space / common living in each floor / complimentary breakfast / lift / wifi / balcony makes it worthy! Peaceful location. Giving 4 stars only for the absence of mirror in the bathroom & salt water stains in bathroom bucket. Bathroom is expected to be completely clean & dried on arrival of guests.

Horrible attitude at the reception. Paid advance booking amount to FabHotel. Was denied entry at 3 AM in the morning and was demanded extra charges. FabHotel guys response was even more pathetic.

The contact number indicated at booking.com is not reachable. I have received the request to make urgent payment or otherwise may booking may not be firm. However, no confirmation was given the payment is received on my request. Neithet the mesasges at booking.com or emails are replied. It is very stressful when you have international travel and zero response is given about arrival notification....

Hello, We booked a hotel Vijay park under the below booking Id and got confirmation of the booking image0.jpeg When we are on the way to the hotel , we received a call from the fab member and was informed that the hotel Vijay park was closed and not available for the past month. So they sent us a another message with new hotel address of the below image1.png The hotel which they sent home tree service apartment was really not the worth we paid for. Then we called Vijay park directly and came to know that the hotel was open and it is not closed . We called back many times to the fab member who called us but it was not answered. It was really a very bad and worst experience, we had a 4 month baby with us. We cant even able to argue or make another call or to Check another hotel on that time. Also it is a feeding time for the baby. We were very upset and had a very very worst experience.
