"Very very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms in which one was deluxe (2400/-) and other one premium (3900/-) via online mode. But both the rooms were same like deluxe room. No difference between premium and deluxe rooms. Agent, Vinay Mourya cheated us. He didn't address our calls when we tried to connect after realising that they cheated us. The hotel has poor parking facility and we were asked to park at the roadside."
