Nice to stay at this property staff was fully supportive and location is so good . Food rooms every thing is so good.

Very good location on top hills. Location is suppurb. Food was so taste. Room was very comfortable.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Being a frequent business visitor to India, I am never staying anywhere other than this hotel.

Hospitality, cleanliness, wide spread of lip smacking breakfast, amenities, ever smiling & helpful staff.

Room service & cleanining wise they were quick and excellent...and a lot of smiling faces around us

Location was good. When we went there, their was a no power on both days and no power backup is available. When asked to one of the staff he said power will be restored by tomorrow morning. So we need to switch the hotels at 11:00 PM. Also lot of insects after evening. Rest, the location is great and just behind the hotel you can enjoy dhauldhar range view.

Behavior of Manager and staff was very nice. Room maintainence toilet door, bed mattress need to be better. Service provided by staff was good. Food quality, room service is very satisfactory. Room TV was not functioning. There was no AC in rooms but I booked through MMT and it was mentioned AC rooms, so hotel should advise MMT accordingly so that guests can make proper informed choice of booking.
