I recently stayed at Shane Villa Residency for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is a major plus – it's within walking distance of the town center, making it very convenient. For anyone traveling from Dharamshala to McLeodganj, the hotel is ideally situated right on the way, just about 3 km out. One of the highlights was the mesmerizing view from the hotel rooftop. Since it’s east-facing, you get to witness a beautiful sunrise each morning – a perfect way to start the day! The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I’d highly recommend Shane Residency for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and scenic place to stay!

One of the best and budget hotel with great service and comfortable accommodation along with picturesque view of dhauladhar range. I would highly recommend to consider for stay . Hotel staff are very polite and cooperative.

I recently stayed at Eden Hotel in Mcleodganj, and it was an incredible experience. The view from the hotel is breathtaking; it feels like you're touching the clouds! The serene atmosphere around the hotel is perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Just finished a stay with them. Rooms are very untidy, no room cleaning during my two days of stay. Most lights in my room and toilet were not working. Broken toilet sink, damp walls, dirty toilet floor were disappointing. Not value for money at all and hardly a two star category. Only thing good was the quality and freshness of the food, but there again very limited option for breakfast. And it was so disappointing that there are no lift, so I had to climb stairs to second floor every time I went out, for dinner, for breakfast, etc. The rooms in the front offer wonderful views of the majestic Dhauladar range.

The staff at the reception is so impolite. Avoid this hotel.

Worst hotel to stay. I had been to this hotel recently, the hotel was booked via OYO rooms. Firstly, the rooms that were provided were not worth the amount being charged. Rooms are small, bedding are dirty, blanket not washed since ages. Most facilities do not work like Intercom, TV etc. They do not have their own restaurant, they cook in an untidy kitchen and give room service. Quality of food not good, if you drink their tea you might get diabetes. Over all I feel I wasted my money by booking a room in this hotel.
