Stayed at this hotel in Ponda and had a great experience. The rooms are big, spacious, and equipped with all essential amenities, making the stay extremely comfortable. The environment is amicable, and the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. The in-house bar and restaurant serve good food and have a relaxed, chill vibe, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, a great place to stay in Ponda.

Had a great stay at Shakti Palace Hotel in Ponda. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a budget-friendly stay. The location is very convenient, close to major spots in Ponda. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious, especially the Goan thali. Staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it's a value-for-money hotel with good service, neat rooms, and tasty food. One of the best places to stay in Ponda for families and solo travelers.

There is a beautiful Balaji idol on entrance. Location is very convenient in Ponda, only 3 km from Shantadurga temple. Food was ok; limited options in breakfast. There is parking available for a few vehicles, but we got a spot. Deluxe room is very small. Executive room is spacious. Elevator not available. Overall it is fine for a short stay.

1).Eventhough I informed the Fab Hotel ph.No. 7042424242 and agreed in phone for early checkin (gobibo avialable mobile no), the Hotel receptionist not accepted my early check in. The fab hotels customer care said that you have no problem for one hour early checkin, but the hotel receptionist said that we have no rooms. Eventhough the fab hotels customer care personal talked with the receptionist they are not allotted the room untill checkin time. After one hour waiting in the lobby, hotel receptionist privided the room at 11-50 AM. 2). We stayed for 2 days and provided only one water bottle. For the extra water bottle they charged 32 rupees, eventhough the MRP is 20/-. 3. The Room is Satisfactory. I am giving this rating for the hotel mangement and hosiptality only.

Hi. I recently visited Goa and below are my reviews 1) No Lift/ elevator. As such it would be difficult for the elderly people. Carrying bag packs if your room is allocated at the top floor 2) AC issue: cannot monitor the temperature as it's still to 1 particular temperature. 3) Food not that great 4) staffs are limited, need to follow up multiple times.

Poor room and kitchen service. unable to order tea at 3 pm after trying 3 times . Hygiene needs improvement. Unable to get the hotel phone number before checkin. Complementary breakfast is excellent, all the 5 days

Very Very Poorest Service. No receptionist available at any time during stay. No calls picked up while dialling from room. No breakfast offered which was actually compliementary. Nobody available except house keeping lady while leaving the hotel. Myself written clearly on check in check out register as POOR SERVICE and check out time. Don't go for this hotel evenif offered any discount. I paid good amount as charges but no good feel.

Be careful!! Horrible experience with FabHotels Shakti Palace in Ponda. Arrived late night (10pm) from long flight at the reception to being told our reservation has been cancelled and the hotel was full so impossible to accommodate our stay. The decided to cancel our reservation on the day at 7pm because they considered we did not check in on time. And on top of that they send me an invoice of 1200 Rs for cancellation fee, which obviously I did not pay and will never pay. We ended up alone in Ponda in the middle of the night looking for a place to stay. Awful guidelines that FabHotel have, it’s a shame. Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!

Rooms are super compact just a bed and 1 feet gap.service is good but major issue with the management and hospitality policy.even though I was staying there for last 9 days they asked me do check out as their room got online booking.In no where I have seen such stupidity where guest were asked to do check out horrible place.nearby so many good hotels are there at cheaper price and bathroom equal to the room of Shakti palace.
