Wifi username and password were not provided inspite of asking several times. Staff seems to be lazy room was not cleaned properly it was filled with cigarettes in window when asked to clean the one who came to clean was angry and throwing things without handling with patience. Highly unprofessional, taps were broken in washroom and what not could write a book of complaints if asked. Not gonna book fab hotels again.

Very bad experience. Bed was so bad that it gave us a backache. Washroom was smelly, flush did not work properly. Even after repeatedly asking for room change, new room was not provided

Very disgusting hotel and hotel room. I think I was completely scammed by booking the hotel through the Fab app. The room I was given, called the executive room, had cockroaches and spiders crawling everywhere, the TV didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, it was dirty and there were terrible mosquitos everywhere. I booked a room at that hotel for 4 days through the Fab App. But due to the condition of the room and the fear of getting sick myself, I had to check out after two days and move to another hotel. I had a terrible feeling that if I stayed in that room for any longer, I might get some kind of serious disease. The hotel informed me that there were no water drinking glass to give in room. So, I had to drink water direct from bottle. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed despite requests. The towels that were provided had an incredibly foul smell that was difficult for any human to use. I was forced to use that towel to wipe my body, arms, and legs after taking a bath. I'm still not sure if I've already contracted any disease from being so unhygienic. I personally feel that this fab app has cheated me. The customer care of this fab app only picks up the phone for new reservations. 90 out of 100 times, their phone is not available for any complaints or service requests. After emailing four times and calling at least 12 to 14 times, when I luckily spoke to someone from their service department, the gentleman outright refused to refund a single penny. I couldn't do any of my business work on my laptop because I couldn't get WiFi inside my room. For which I also suffered financially. Despite repeated requests, they could not provide me with any alternative WiFi or Internet service. And they directly said that an router is installed outside your room in the corner of the balcony, what can we do if WiFi does not work in your room ? STRANGE !!! Is that room my own room of my own house ? !!! Its a hotel man !!!! I was severely cheated by booking hotels online through this app and I would like to request everyone to be careful about this app. They cheat people by lying and taking money from them. I am considering taking legal action for the financial loss I have suffered in my business due to not being able to access WiFi despite being told it is available.

Very disappointing experience not recommended for weddings We had booked 10 rooms at this hotel for my daughters wedding, though only 7 guests were staying. One room was allotted for the beautician and hairdresser, which is very common during weddings. However, the hotel staff behaved extremely rudely and refused to allow the bride to enter that room, stating that a third person is not allowed unless extra payment is made. This was handled in a very disrespectful manner. After unnecessary arguments, they allowed it later, as if they were doing a favor to the bride. Additionally, our guests were not allowed to sit near the reception area and were bluntly told to wait outside the hotel, saying this is not a waiting room. This was embarrassing and unprofessional, especially when guests had come for a wedding. Such behavior shows a complete lack of hospitality, empathy, and basic courtesy, particularly for wedding events where coordination and flexibility are essential. I strongly advise people to be very careful before booking this hotel for wedding The management seriously needs to train their staff on manners and guest handling

Customer ka chutiya mat kaato newly built bol k, jo amenities boli h vo dedo. Duniya ka akhiri hotel hoga toh bhi nhi ana wala m. Cockroch ghum rhe h .. kankhjoora ghoom rha h washroom m.. taati hotel.

Booking was in Twigo inn but they shifted to another hotel of theirs versova inn overall creeps staying in that hotel could here noise of people talking and having activities clearly staff was very rude i would prefer giving minus rating

Too terrible stay.bad smell, bathroom was smelling bad, bedsheet and towets are not clean,AC and fan not working properly,staff behaviour is not good.totally worst.
