Excellent Hotel Very Nice Staff Good Room Service

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Heaven75. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro and popular food places like The Rameshwaram Caf. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the balcony rooms on one side get good sunlight. The host, Gautam, is very friendly, kind, and responsive, genuinely pleasant to talk to. The staff was also attentive and handled our requests well. A couple of minor points: the lift music can be a bit annoying since the lift is close to the rooms, and contacting the hotel staff before arrival was slightly difficult, it may help to verify the contact numbers. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

Food was good, leaving they provide a lot of veg meals which becomes difficult during longer stays and breakfast is trash.

Staff was cooperative and good facility with hot water supply. Can improve on pest control and cleanliness

The property has good facilities and polite staff, my experience was affected by the extremely loud DJ sound at night. The noise carried all the way into the rooms, making it difficult to rest or relax. The management should ensure better soundproofing or restrict loud music hours to avoid disturbing guests. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. If the sound issue is addressed, this place would offer a much more comfortable stay.

No cleanliness is there. Breakfast food is entirely waste.

I reached early in the morning 5am of 19th Jan as I had interview at 11am. As I was very very tied I had paid 800 before departure from Mumbai. I asked home once I come down at 10 I wil pay the remaining money. As my UPI wasnt working and I was lack of sleep. As I reached my room. He didnt help me with my bag pack or taking me to my room. Then 5:30 calls me to pay the bill and I couldnt sleep. I told where will I run. My body gave up again he called at 7:30. I lost all my sleep I hardly slept for 1 hour and I had to go interview. So if I paid to stay in the hotel for 1 hours and the staff made me irritated and spoiled my healthy sleep and eventually I didnt give my interview properly I was already sleepless and tired. Thanks you. I tired calling the customer care but it didnt respond after option 2. I would also like to raise a complaint on the person who scammed me into booking this hotel +91 92178 72788 this is the number. He told me book as soon as possible. I asked him I stayed at Sri shrion prime hotel lane 6. He said thats no available and gave me pride inn. Pride inn is worst. I didnt like. The only person who was a better was the person in the cafeteria who bought my food. I wanted to cancel my Jan 20th bcoz of all these Nuisance but they didnt allow me to do that also. This was the terrible experience I had with pride inn

Staff was rude(Especially the lady staff). I dont know people hire girls as staff. They think they own the hotel and was so rude towards the customers. Before hiring people, it would be better to consider the behaviour and basic respect towards customers

Worest experience with non Cordinenc with fab and hotel people.. I payed 500 advans to fab for booking, and hotel people taken total invoice amount now fab customer service not lifting my call... Total 500 lose

Even after advance payment 10 days before at the time of arrival at the hotel shifted to a different property by saying property is soldout, shifted property is very low grade, the paid amount cannot justify room quality. Very bad experience with fab hotel.
