Had a water issue in the morning but the staff was good while responding.

Good. Did early check in with family on chargeable basis.

Basically it's not worth for the money they have charged. There were mud stains on the bedsheet and blanket. Bathroom was too small to take a bath, such that you can't close the door untill you touch the commodes. Also the toilet seat was broken and there are stains. Totally not worth for the price.

The staff was very rude in approaching the customer. There was no toothpaste in the bathroom. The rooms floor was very sticky and weird. The corner had spitting walls.

I booked ac room but, they provided non AC and there is no hot water and drinking water not provided

Even after advance payment 10 days before at the time of arrival at the hotel shifted to a different property by saying property is soldout, shifted property is very low grade, the paid amount cannot justify room quality. Very bad experience with fab hotel.

The room was not clean and had insects and rodents. The rooms were not livable. I immediately vacated the premises and did not stay in the property at all.

The staff was uncooperative, and they changed the hotel location without informing us. They took payment for one hotel and then, after keeping us waiting for a long time, asked us to move to another hotel with much worse facilities. Despite the downgrade, they also charged us more. The service was poor, and the staffs behavior was rude and irresponsible.

When we arrived they said they dont have any rooms available and asked us to cancel the room. But later after a lot arguing they gave a shit room which didnt had any facility.

Very worst service.... Bed covers dirty... Heater not working... Room not cleaned
