Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Rooms were not very clean and even kettle was very unclean . Inspite of changing the kettle another one was also equally dirty. Even though room service was good food was avarage. Avarage hotel.

my friend had booked this hotel for two nights, and according to his experience, it was his worst time ever staying at a hotel. at first, he initially liked the property and its location. but gradually during his stay, he experienced discomfort in their services. it started with the issue of AC not working in proper condition, when he complained they only made excuses, and after several attempts, they agreed to change his room. but what followed next was horrifying. during the second night of his stay, a staff member breached his privacy as they used the master key to try enter into his room, my friend was not in a comfortable situation, but only laughed it off considering it a genuine mistake and didn't make a fudge out of it. but the next morning, when he was with his partner, the staff members tried to enter his room again for the second time. he stomped down to the reception asking what's wrong with the staff there. the front desk guy was least bothered to help him and provide him with any sort of help; only after a while he could get to talk to the manager there, who understood his dilemma, and was willing to provide monetary compensation. my friend thought to report this to the hotel owner as well; but that old man was so ridiculous that he rebuffed his shoulders, and refused to offer any sort of compensation, not even accepting his staff member's mistake genuinely and taking any sort of legal action against him. my friend has lodged his complaint in the consumer court, and hopes to get justice for the same. although, no amount of monetary compensation can cure the poor couple's emotional damage and the poor and harsh treatment they received. via this long review, we only want to the dark reality of this insensitive and money-minded tourism industry. such mistakes don't happen everyday, but such mistakes arent supposed to be ignored and let go casually. so beware of all such poor hotels. there aesthetics might seem attractive at first, but what follows next can be pretty ugly.

My friend reserved a room at this hotel for a two-night stay, but it turned out to be his worst hotel experience yet. Initially, he was impressed by the property and its location. However, his satisfaction quickly dwindled as he encountered various issues with their services. It began with the air conditioning malfunctioning, and despite his complaints, the staff only offered excuses until reluctantly agreeing to change his room after multiple attempts. However, the situation took a horrifying turn during his second night when a staff member used a master key to try to enter his room, breaching his privacy. Though my friend initially dismissed it as a mistake, the following morning, the staff attempted to enter his room again while he was with his partner. Frustrated, he confronted the reception, only to find the front desk unresponsive until he spoke with the manager, who acknowledged the situation and offered monetary compensation. However, when my friend approached the hotel owner, he was met with dismissal and refusal to acknowledge the staff member's error or offer any compensation. In response, my friend filed a complaint with the consumer court, seeking justice. Yet, no amount of compensation can heal the emotional damage caused by such treatment. This incident sheds light on the callous and profit-driven nature of the tourism industry. While such mistakes may not occur frequently, they should not be overlooked or dismissed lightly. Therefore, it's essential to be cautious of hotels that prioritize aesthetics over genuine hospitality, as the reality behind the facade can be quite unpleasant.

My friend's two-night stay at this hotel turned out to be his worst hotel experience yet. Initially pleased with the property and its location, his opinion soured gradually due to service issues. The trouble began with an ineffective AC, and despite complaints, the staff only offered excuses until reluctantly agreeing to change his room. However, matters escalated when a staff member breached his privacy using a master key to enter his room, which my friend initially brushed off as a mistake. But when it happened again the next morning while he was with his partner, he confronted the front desk about the repeated intrusion. Despite the manager eventually offering compensation, the hotel owner dismissed the incident and refused any compensation or legal action against the staff. Frustrated, my friend has taken his complaint to the consumer court, seeking justice for the emotional toll and poor treatment endured. This experience sheds light on the callousness and profit-driven nature of the tourism industry. While such incidents may not be common, they shouldn't be dismissed lightly. Beware of seemingly appealing hotels whose true nature may reveal itself in ugly ways.
