"Our hotel stay was okay, there were initial trouble and also at the time of check-out, at the time of check-in, our room did not have a functional clock, there was only one towel, no water bottle, no kettle, all had to be asked but still they did not bring the second towel, nobody came to clean the room. Twice, tea was served cold and server had to argue that it isn't cold. The lady who did our check-out was extremely rude and a constant arguing person. We had paid the total amount via FabHotel app and this was told to her and also told her that please tell us the balance amount only but she did not and continued arguing that we have not received the full payment and told us that it is our responsibility to ensure that FabHotel confirms the receipt of payment, how did that become our responsibility? We told her I check and she called somebody but that person also confirmed that payment not received and don't let the guest go unless they clear the payment, I told her to please look at the app and send this to your concerned. She told us that it is not her responsibility to check, instead we should call and get this sorted, I was about to call but somehow that same guy called and confirmed that payment has been received. Even after that there was no apology or sorry from the lady. It's not a great hospitality for the guest come through FabHotel. "
