We stayed there for 4 days...The service was great. But I don't think the room facilities are good enough. Apart from the room facilities everything is nice.
FabHotel Bikaner Heritage
My recent stay at FabHotel Bikaner Heritage was a mixed experience. While the hotel is conveniently located close to the city, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and the amenities provided are inadequate. The breakfast menu lacked variety, and the quality of the food was just average. Additionally, the number of staff was limited, leading to delays in service. Parking is on the road, but fortunately, it felt safe. One major concern was cleanliness—especially the bathroom, which was not cleaned properly. The TV was not recharged and only became operational after we requested it, which was an inconvenience. These seemingly small issues collectively dampened the overall experience. If you're looking for proximity to the city and don't mind basic facilities, this place might work, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

If I'm not satisfied with the stay...then how would I give 5 star rating to location..Rooms(Tv was not working, hot water was not there for bath, wifi connection was not there) will give zero rating. Food( Tea quality was very poor, We ordered our breakfast at 8:45 and when we call back them for breakfast at 9:30 they replied your order is not ready yet(even we can't prepare poori bhaji for you)we were busy to serve complimentary food....when we raise our voice for not serving food ,the whole staff was quite on reception like nothing is happen.. And the funny thing was they charged tax(5%) on every single food service mini meal thali was 300 they charged 320 Rice chole was 200 they charged 220 What the hell you're doing guys on the name of business. Parking (Zero) rating Staff behaviour (Zero rating) Staff response on call(Zero Rating) All over zero rating with worst experience. Stop making people fool. I would suggest everyone not to stay in this pathetic hotel.

Disappointing Stay – No Basic Services Provided I recently stayed at fabhotel bikaner heritage, and I was extremely disappointed with their service. They completely deny food service to guests staying in their rooms—not even a simple request for cold water was accommodated. When I asked for poori bhaji for breakfast, I was told I had to go outside to get them myself. A hotel should at least provide basic hospitality. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

If you wish to endure the struggle for basic necessities in daily life, feel free to irritate yourself in this establishment. Should you desire to experience a life akin to that of a beggar, this hotel is at your service. While it may not be the absolute worst, it certainly ranks among the least favorable hotels I have encountered. The parking facilities are inadequate, and the receptionist behaves as if they are royalty, offering little assistance. Their suggestions often lead you to believe that handling matters on your own is the preferable option. Thank you, WIND PALACE, for an uncomfortable and unpleasant three-day stay.

Very bad hotel. Neither the WiFi works nor the TV and there is no hot water either. If your luck is bad then you might get a bad landline too. If you want to waste your time and mind then you can take a stay here. Even you don't get water on time, you will have to make at least 4 calls to get a water bottle. How will you make a call? The landline is not working. There is no parking facility either. There is no option for zero star so I have to give one star.

Service for room cleaning is very bad specially wash room and response from reception is very slow because I informed to recharge TV but at the early check out recharge not done. I asked regarding tv recharge they reception told me they recharge. But fact is they don't recharge the tv. Rooms also very small as shown in there side and others site.

We stayed in a deluxe room on the second floor, room 202. The room was extremely small, approximately 8x8 feet, with limited space. The towels provided were not clean, and the wardrobe was broken and unusable. Additionally, there is a bar on the first floor that operates until 1 AM, causing significant noise, which can be quite disruptive. The property is located outside the main city, and the early morning loud prayers start at as early as 5 AM in the surroundings making it inconvenient to stay here. Overall, it is not a suitable option for families and is not recommended.
