"Just finished a stay with them. Rooms are very untidy, no room cleaning during my two days of stay. Most lights in my room and toilet were not working. Broken toilet sink, damp walls, dirty toilet floor were disappointing. Not value for money at all and hardly a two star category. Only thing good was the quality and freshness of the food, but there again very limited option for breakfast. And it was so disappointing that there are no lift, so I had to climb stairs to second floor every time I went out, for dinner, for breakfast, etc. The rooms in the front offer wonderful views of the majestic Dhauladar range."

"Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur."
