    "This is the worst hotel I've stayed in my 20 years of traveling life. i will give -minus 10 rating. Especially families, please dont book this hotel. Everything is just clumsy. Bed and pillows are like rocks they were so hard even the bedsheet was not at all clean. We even found a leeche in the bathroom. Wifi is not at all available to all the floors except ground floor. No person will be there in the reception. Its just like a booth bungalow. Even the photos which the hotel management has posted were all fake. I regret going to this hotel . Please don't book this one. Dont even look at this hotel."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
