Staying at this hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped into, I was welcomed with warmth and grace that made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond, anticipating every need with genuine smiles. My room overlooked the serene valley, offering breathtaking sunrises that felt like nature’s own tribute to peace. Dining was an experience in itself—each dish crafted with care, blending local flavors with world-class finesse. What truly sets this hotel apart is its heart: every corner radiates hospitality, making guests feel not just accommodated, but cherished. This isn’t just a stay—it’s a memory, a tribute to excellence, and a reminder of what true hospitality means. Charles and Cinthiya are very good. We felt like home. We loved them !!

The room was very good.Spacious parking facility is available.Only thing to be improved is restaurant.Lunch on the day of booking is not so good.Food item is limited.

This doesnt exist in kodaikanal at all . Please dont book. To clarify the issue clearly: We booked this property through FabHotels for my brother-in-law and sister-in-law for a stay from 26th to 28th December and also paid an advance of ₹2000. When they reached the location on 26th December, the Abhirami Grand Inn management clearly stated that they are NOT tied up with FabHotels and that they do not recognize or accept FabHotel bookings. As a result, our confirmed booking was denied on arrival, and they were forced to look for another place to stay at the last minute. A complaint was raised, and FabHotels refunded the advance, which itself confirms that the booking could not be honored. Given this experience, it is misleading to state that the property is “indeed located” and operational under FabHotels. What matters is not the location on maps, but whether a valid tie-up and confirmed booking exists, which clearly did not in our case.

My booking was confirmed online and I got the booking voucher after I paid the booking amount. When I reached the hotel the hotelier said the booking is not confirmed and did not accept the booking confirmation. Hotelier conformed they don't have any connection with FAB hotels and hence the booking cannot be accepted. I lost my money and more than that I was left without a room with my wife and son after reaching the destination. I tried calling Fab hotels from the location and the customer service agent disconnected the phone after hearing my complaint. I dialled again and another agent spoke to me and put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. The situation was scary and traumatic considering I had my family with me and we didn't have a room to check in.I have requested for a refund and later i got a message saying, I was offered a call from customer services and since i did not answer the call the complaint is resolved. So in short i lost money , my family got traumatised Please don't use Fab hotels. This looks like a large scale fraud and the customer service agents sounded like they already knew of the situation as they sounded like they are familiar with similar complaints. There is no compensation whatsoever offered to me yet. Please refrain from using Fab hotels.

Since there is no rating less than 1 I am giving 1. My family and I had a very bad experience here. Booked through MMT, paid full amount for 2 nights stay. When we reached there, the hotel denied accommodation saying they do not have any online reservation.Got to know other tourists who reached there had the same experience and got scammed. Had to search for another room with my small kids and mother for like 3 hours later during rush holiday season after long travel. So be careful before proceeding with this hotel. Very Bad Customer Service.

This is the second time I stayed in this property and my experience is horrible firstly theres no one to clean toilet at the time of my time of checkin, Manager & Supervisor said cleaners left for the day and exactly after 24hrs only they cleaned it. Secondly they dont provide Room service said that they dont keep room boys so myself I went to buy coffee & Tea & No wifi coverage Thirdly till the time staff like Nasty Nagendran & Arrogant Arvind work here no guests will turnup to your Hotel.. Even the owner Deepak himself speaks a lot but I could neither feel any improvement in service nor they respect his words.

Horrible experience, one of the worst hotel stays of my life I must say. This room is worth 900 to 1000 INR per night, single penny more than that is foolish. First of all, room was small, dark and stinking. Bathroom was not cleaned (If I mention the details of it, people reading this review will be 'yukk'). No Towels, Soap etc provided. (When we camedown after first days shower, we checked at reception.They gave Soap, we told no need of Towels now as we had our own towels with us). After seeing there restaurant, we did not have lunch or dinner there. (One night, we just had fruits for dinner, just to avoid the horrific experience of having dinner there. Breakfast was ok, Dosa was not that bad. Idly was below average, Pongal was too. Hotel staff must be made aware of there is a word called 'hygiene'. There were some liquid in offering as part of breakfast, which looked like Tea/Coffee. If it was really Coffee & Tea (that's what hotel staff told!), I must say i had worst Tea & Coffee of my life already. We could not have more than 2 sips & left. We saw other customers could not drink that as well. Cherry on the cake was, at the time of check out. I told the reception guy that i will make my full payment through Fabhotels mobile application. He told, even if i make full payment online, i have to pay again at the reception by cash/google pay also. Because, if i make online paymnet, it will not come to them it seems. I don't know how i controlled my laughter, after requesting him couple of time, i felt that is useless. And, paid the remianing amount (I had paid Advance via online while booking) via UPI. I don't want to relive those moments by remembering each point to write this here, so will end it. I know Kodai was very crowded on those days and all the hotels, transportations were sold out. But, if any hotel gives service like this, that is an insult to that profession/Industry. I will never trust Fabhotels and never ever will book any of the Fabhotels. Thank you for ruining our holiday.

We stayed Fab Hotel Abhirami in 27th Sep 2025, and we have very bad experience. All services like Room, amenities and Restaurant are very bad. Restaurant is not clean. Overall bad experience.

My stay was nothing short of a disaster. The promised amenities were nowhere to be found, and the service was abysmal. I'm truly disappointed and frustrated by the complete lack of care and attention to detail. To start, most of the channels on the TV were not working. This was a major inconvenience, especially considering the late nights I had planned to spend relaxing. Additionally, the water can in the room was empty, leaving me parched and unable to enjoy a simple drink. The reception staff was completely unresponsive. Calls went unanswered, and there was no one available to assist with my requests. It was as if I was completely invisible. To make matters worse, the exhaust in the washroom wasn't functioning, creating a musty and unpleasant atmosphere. Given the terrible experience, I had no choice but to check out a day early. There was also severe power cut issue leaving the charging points useless and even the lift was not working because of the power cut. Do not stay here. Ratings are fake.
