Staying at this hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped into, I was welcomed with warmth and grace that made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond, anticipating every need with genuine smiles. My room overlooked the serene valley, offering breathtaking sunrises that felt like nature’s own tribute to peace. Dining was an experience in itself—each dish crafted with care, blending local flavors with world-class finesse. What truly sets this hotel apart is its heart: every corner radiates hospitality, making guests feel not just accommodated, but cherished. This isn’t just a stay—it’s a memory, a tribute to excellence, and a reminder of what true hospitality means. Charles and Cinthiya are very good. We felt like home. We loved them !!

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food, ordered promptly, was delivered on time, and the manager ensured all our needs were met. Although hot water is limited from 7 AM to 10 AM, the receptionist was quick to provide a solution, offering hot water in a bucket upon request. Despite initial concerns from negative reviews, my experience at the hotel turned out to be surprisingly positive. The manager, displaying genuine friendliness, warmly greeted us.The pleasant encounter and overall positive experience exceeded my expectations.

Stayed at a family room. Affordable and convenient. The host was very friendly, provided us with free coffee and plates for food. Hot water and towels were provided. Walkable distance from bus stop. Thank you Sanmugam sir. Recommended for budget stays.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Recently I had been to Kodaikanal with my Family Members (18) and I stayed at this Hotel. The stay was very comfortable. Since the Management has changed, the rooms were renovated and are further upgraded to satisfy each and every Tourist who visits this Hotel. I am recommending this Hotel to my family and friends.

I booked the room through the official Fab Hotel app. During the booking process, the representative assured me that a water heater was available in all rooms and would function 24/7. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no separate heater in the room, and hot water was only available between 7 AM and 9 AM. On the positive side, the room boy provided hot water in a bucket upon request. The room itself was small, and the TV was not working. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Kodaikanal Lake. Overall, it was a somewhat satisfactory stay.

My booking was confirmed online and I got the booking voucher after I paid the booking amount. When I reached the hotel the hotelier said the booking is not confirmed and did not accept the booking confirmation. Hotelier conformed they don't have any connection with FAB hotels and hence the booking cannot be accepted. I lost my money and more than that I was left without a room with my wife and son after reaching the destination. I tried calling Fab hotels from the location and the customer service agent disconnected the phone after hearing my complaint. I dialled again and another agent spoke to me and put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. The situation was scary and traumatic considering I had my family with me and we didn't have a room to check in.I have requested for a refund and later i got a message saying, I was offered a call from customer services and since i did not answer the call the complaint is resolved. So in short i lost money , my family got traumatised Please don't use Fab hotels. This looks like a large scale fraud and the customer service agents sounded like they already knew of the situation as they sounded like they are familiar with similar complaints. There is no compensation whatsoever offered to me yet. Please refrain from using Fab hotels.

Had visited this place 2 days back. One of my worst experiences I had in this place. I'm a traveller basically. Have never faced this kind of treatment in any of my trips. Rooms: Old abandoned home. Room gives a dull look. Washrooms are similar to Fuel station restroom. There are much better stays on that road. After seeing the room, i immediately walked off and checked in to nearby hotel called "Seven roads" which is far better. Service: No proper planning. We went in a package trip where all site seeing were included. But drivers were not co-operative, guide was not assigned, completely wasted 2 nights and 3 days. Very poor management. Location: Right next to main road. No parking place, no space, no ventilation in rooms. Totally not worth it in Kodaikanal as many better places available. If you want to have a good stay and time and enjoy your vacation, then avoid this place at any cost.

This is the worst hotel I ever had seen in kodaikanal . they're room was very unclean and dirty .The window is covered with spider web.The bed , bedsheet and pillow is covered with dust and dirt . The light is very dirty and dull also the tv is not working and the tv remote battery is already dead . They have no any heater in the bath room and the tap is already broken . The shower was very dirty and rusted . The car parking place was very dirty and they didn't have a proper place to park vehicles. The checkout time is not 24 hr as they mention during checkin time. Above all this hotel is using the name of fab hotel groups illegally , which is a crime and cheating the online explorers. This cheap behaviour of the hotel is punishable by law .worst hotel with worst manager and staff

Please don't fall into the trap of few photos and reviews. The hotel is not the same as few have posted. We as family visited believing few reviews and photos. But after seeing it we realised we were cheated. The rooms, service and you name anything is truly horrible and unimaginable. They are truly fake people and place. There are few things which I can't mention here. I don't want others to go through the similar experience which I had. Hope you will find a better place other than this nasty place and people.
