very quiet place where you can sleep very well, and eat excellent breakfast or diner; people are very friendly and helpful, making your stay as nice as it can be thank you for all! we really enjoyed this hostel
Nice location, good clean rooms, Nice staff. Overall good experience.
Thank you for this warm welcome. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thank you to the owners for taking care of us. An address to recommend, that's for sure. We will be happy to come back.
Although this was my first time booking through fabhotels, I pretty much liked it. The location of the place is very good (since Sector V metro station is near). Rooms, bed sheets, bathroom were clean. Overall my first experience was pretty good.
The service was poor. The lenin and blanket were of poor quality. Staff lack etiquette. There is no toiletries provided. Lack of proper information with politeness. Breakfast and dinner included with limitations and capings on order from inhouse restaurant. Not fit for a business trip booking.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If there were a category below worst, this hotel would still fail to qualify. Let’s start with the room — calling it a “room” is generous. It’s basically a storage box where only the bed fits. Forget walking, forget opening your bag, forget existing comfortably. If you drop something, congratulations — you’re now doing yoga you never signed up for. The washroom deserves special mention. It’s so tiny that you’ll hit the walls, door, and your life choices simultaneously. If you slip, don’t worry — you won’t fall. You’ll stick mid-air to the walls because they’re that close. Absolute joke. Cleanliness? NON-EXISTENT. This is hands down the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Burnt linen, filthy bedding, and an overall smell that makes you question humanity. Zero hygiene, zero shame. Amenities = ZERO. They even had the audacity to charge for drinking water despite it being clearly mentioned as complimentary. No toiletries. No basics. Nothing. What exactly are you paying for? The trauma? The bed is harder than a rock — great if you’re training for spinal surgery. TV was broken. Linen looked like it survived a fire. Comfort? Luxury? Even basic decency? Not found. Now the staff — rude, clueless, completely anpadh when it comes to hospitality. They don’t know how to talk, how to help, or how to behave. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability. This is a shady hotel, plain and simple. Honestly, sleeping in your car or on a railway platform would be a better experience — at least it’s honest about what it offers. We booked this only for one night, exhausted after shifting household goods all day and leaving early morning — and instead of rest, we got stress, disgust, and regret. ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK. I’m writing this so no one else has to suffer the way we
Latch of bath room not there Around 3 am in the morning a lot of noise in the corridor Nobody was there to stop them I booked breakfast in the package which was not delivered till 10am Reply was that breakfast will be provided after the 10am
We had a pathetic experience dealing with the owner of this hotel. After inquiring about a bulk booking of 10 rooms, the owner quoted us ₹2,600 per room. However, we found the same rooms online for only ₹1,700. When we pointed out the price difference, the owner told us to "just book it online." We did so, but he then pressured us to cancel our official online booking and pay him the full amount in cash without a receipt. To make matters worse, he made several rude comments regarding our budget. We ultimately cancelled everything and left. Avoid this place if you value professional service and transparency
Worst place, no phone working, no kitchen available only the staff is good except that nothing is good there. Don't even go there for free. Curtains opener not working means it will be full dark in the room, washroom bad.
Overall the experience was not very nice. Very small lift, either you will go or your luggage but not both. I booked it via make my trip and it was clearly mentioned that they can allow early checkin based on the availability and when I asked for it they charged extra amount for that. When I mentioned about this the staff told me to talk to make my trip about this.
