Excellent location. Well connected with all other important locations . Clean and comfortable property. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Everything was just great. Checkin experience, the room, the staff was very polite and helpful.

Bad experience this time. The hotel was very dirty. Shabby rooms. Had to change my room..the washroom had every rack broken. Dust all over the room and corridor.

Literally amazing, The bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. The food is so so great too . I originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

Room was ok Not as per pics shown online. Service was also ok. I had to ask for each stuff Towel ,dental kit ,bottle Although they said we dnt provide dental kit which is basic stuff provided by every hotel. After asking for towel. Only one towel was provided reason being given the dnt have enough towel as of now. Had to order food from their restaurant which was ok. They need lot of improvement.

Nothing to dream about this Dream Plaza. Though a good spot near Biswas Bangla, this place needs management and discipline. The place is not maintained properly, you will not be able to walk barefoot inside the room, it's full of dust and sand. Furniture and plugins are in a bad shape. The staff with food came directly inside the room, without asking properly. The toilet window was broken. At last, there are several decent options at lower this price range around the zone.

It was the worst hotel ever I stayed, first we have to wait till 12:30pm then our room get ready for check in, then we ordered our lunch on 12:45pm and they deliver the lunch around 3:10 pm , in night we again order a bottle of water but they forgot it and after 1 hr when I call them again then they deliver the bottle, and the room balcony is also attached with another room, and the balcony gate was transparent, there was only one curtain. The hotel staffs didn't tell us that the balcony is attached to other room. We came to know this thing at night and we saw that our balcony gate's lock is also broken, so we stayed for the whole day with this kind of privacy, and they are also using the balcony for hanging clothes at the same time when we are in the room, this is worst hotel, worst service, worst food ever, Dear Fab Hotel , I will never visit your any hotel in future, and never recommend anyone for Fab hotel, and not a single person in my whole family and friends circle will visit your hotel , and also not recommend to anyone. Your guys just spoiled my vacation, I checked out in one day and staying in another hotel which is far better than this hotel .

I had a very disappointing stay at Feb Hotel New Annapurna. My room cost ₹1700 per night and included breakfast and dinner, but the hotel claimed they didn’t have any record of it. Even after placing an order, it took over an hour to get the food. On top of that, they added extra charges to my bill at checkout without any explanation. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pathetic place,tangled bed sheets,worst service,knob of washroom broken,too dirty foul smell in the room Room too clingy and small bed sheets pillow cover too dirty It’s a big NO from my end Don’t ever take this place as your option to stay It’s better to stay in waiting room of station than stay here @FABHOTELS PATHETIC SERVICE
