Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Friendly staff, well maintained rooms and appearance, good foods, outside roof top patio, convenient location close to GT Road, 25 minute drive to Ludhiana, taxi stand nearby, bus stop at the front, McDonald and KFC 8 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay.

It's right on the highway for 5 points for that. Else evrything here is haywire. You have to ask for evrything like water, tea, kettle ij room, towels etc etc.. They will provide but it's delayed. No phones in the room. Parking is good and it has a shopping complex on ground floor.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! This so-called hotel is barely functional – it looks more like an abandoned building than a guest accommodation. Dirt and filth are everywhere, from the entrance to the rooms. The actual rooms were in a pathetic condition with visible stains on the mattress and quilt, and a constant foul smell of dampness in the air made it impossible to feel comfortable. The washrooms were equally disgusting – unclean, broken fixtures, and clearly neglected for a long time. There’s also no proper parking space, which added to the inconvenience. The biggest disappointment? The room photos shown online are completely fake. The reality is nowhere close to what was promised. On top of that, the hotel staff mislead both FabHotels and MakeMyTrip with false claims about cleanliness and amenities. This place is shady and in no way suitable for anyone looking for even basic hygiene or safety. Avoid at all costs – it’s a scam under a hotel’s name.
