    "What was bad- Poor customer service. Dirty rooms, blankets. No heaters. Poor overall hygiene. We had to leave the hotel right after we got our rooms. Luckily we had not made the payment before that. Unprofessional receptionist started screaming at us once we refused to pay the full amount for 2 nights having stayed in their room for half an hour. Receptionist got hostile and started to threaten us. Finally we were able to leave the hotel after a huge stand off. Ended up giving them money to settle. Never going to another fabhotel again."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
