Very bad experience. Bed was so bad that it gave us a backache. Washroom was smelly, flush did not work properly. Even after repeatedly asking for room change, new room was not provided
Booking was in Twigo inn but they shifted to another hotel of theirs versova inn overall creeps staying in that hotel could here noise of people talking and having activities clearly staff was very rude i would prefer giving minus rating
Too terrible stay.bad smell, bathroom was smelling bad, bedsheet and towets are not clean,AC and fan not working properly,staff behaviour is not good.totally worst.
