"Compare to cost facility gap ,TV is available but remote not working properly ,switch board issue also , Network facility like dish TV ,Tata sky Recharge not done after communicating with reception etc ,Basic guidelines instructions missing from team"

"What really happened was that first we called them to check if there was any room available and they said yes they gave us the price to it was around 2:00 am and we traveled 20km to go there and when we reached there the gate was closed and no one opened it when we were outside so we called them again and they gave us a number and we called that number but no one picked up the call so we had to travel over night to reach out destination because no other hotel were available."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."
