My stay had a few hiccups, with concerns about room cleanliness and an unexpected guest (a cockroach). however, the hotel team promptly addressed the issues. they showed me multiple rooms, but i had specific requests for extra lights and a lift. despite their efforts to resolve the concerns and even suggesting a visit to their new property, valley view resort, i decided to leave.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.
