This place is an exact 3.5 stars, The service was incredible. They even gave a guidebook to go places within Ooty. The food was delicious, We ordered pakora was crispy and the best we ever had. They could add some more cleanliness in the bedroom and restaurant.

The worst stay ever.the staff is very arrogant.extrely rude and the service is very very poor.They room is filled with dust and there were garbage left behind by the previous guests.they do not provide heater and the hot water is also not available.tje drinking water is from some unknown source.
