Room and aminities in the room are excellent. Polite and cooperative staff .

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Worst experience in fab express we paid advance rs.1250 but we not stay there because of worst ugly rooms they not refund the amount and asking for full payment, rooms are not neat and there is no car parking, and it's very outer area side there is no shops nearby, we talked to abinav for booking he said neat rooms, 24/7 security, car parking, daily house keeping, toilet paper, and 24 hours front desk but he is a liar, there is nothing and they closed the reception and go some where, we called abinav for more than 15 times but he didn't take our call, what abinav said is fully lie plz don't cheat customers. Don't choose fab express.

“Don’t trust fab hotels” I booked this fab hotel and when i reached there the hotel where closed they don’t respond at the middle of the night and i lose the money

No security No Breakfast No drinking water No Wifi as mentioned in hotel listing. Totally on your own. At time of arrival you won’t able to figure out exact property location. I ended up to locate it in 2 hours. Even Fab hotel agents won’t help you. Too outer from any market and main city centre too. You need to walk almost average 2.5 km for any plans. No nearby availability of vehicle and you will ended on your feet’s. Any vehicle will charge you high because of hotel location. One major concern is staff support or hospitality thats out of context. Don’t rely on them on anything they wont even-do any formality. I don’t blame them, this is fab hotel standard nowadays. I called them to explain everything but no support provided just heard we get back to you and then no one bothers. Additionally, this feedback team from fab hotel don’t take any serious actions so you’re on your own. They wont refund single penny or help you in such situations. I really boycott fab hotels after this.

I made a booking from Thursday to Sunday and I know Ill reach hotel by Friday morning but when I arrive the hotel location and Google location didnt match and somehow I managed to reach the hotel by 8:30 AM and when I reach there no one was there in reception and i have to wait there for like 30 minutes in rain with family and baggages and finally one guy arrived and said sorry all room are booked no room available please wait till 11 someone may checkout Ill give you that room and he gave us a room to freshen up and to use washroom and we asked about breakfast and they said sorry not available right now so we went to town to eat and we came back and we got room and it was like very small we got into room and we saw like around 50 house flies, wifi not working and next day breakfast idli thats terrible and next day too same idli which you cant eat my total experience is pathetic terrible worst and they said 1 km from bus stop but its 2.9 Kms every thing is worst no toiletries available even towel is not available there no water is given through the stay I would ask fab people to cancel their partnership with this hotel to save their reputation

Issues i faced in this costliest worst room : 1) No air conditioner or No heater in the room or No fan in the room . I asked for heater and they laughed at me . 2) No chair to sit 3) Room is smelling foul smell and previous customer did smoking in room 4) Bedsheets are also cigerette smell 5) No tissues in bathroom. No face towel in bathroom. I need to wait 20 mins for hotwater for every small bucket. 6) No drinking water or service available when asked 7) Complimentary breakfast starts from 8 45 ..which i requested before and not provided.so.i had to leave. 8) Room length 11 ft breadth 10 ft . Total room sqft 110. 9) glasses are fully open from outside .if i remove curtains eveyone seeing us from outside which is disgusting. 10) no sound proof - whatever i speak here can be heard ny persons outside which is awkward for a private trip. 11) no phone available to call hotel staff. I need to down everytime and ask them help . No elevator provided . 12) finally we dont feel safe in the room.zero privacy .
