I have been regular to this property and excellent property. Very well trained and friendly staff. Sparkling clean hotel. Excellent food and room service is quick. Room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

The location of the property was great . It was easy to excess & was far from the crowded area . Parking of car was available. Over all food , ambiance & service was great. Love to visit again with family.

A beautiful hotel, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. The sleep quality in the room was very good. Modern bathroom facilities. Overall it was a very good experience.

Literally amazing, The bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. The food is so so great too . I originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Location is outside the Lonavala, connectivity issue, but staff provides good service. A strong smell of wet cottons comes all over in hotel. Right from floor to room. Hot water is available 24 hours, that’s a good sign.

However there is serious water and electricity issue.As the weather was too humid there was an continuous power cut during day time as well as night. As we order food the reception guy gave us food at night without any plates and spoons & we feel a little unsafe because he was totally drunk. On my second day there wasn't any water supply. I have called the receptionist for water at 7am in morning, but they told me the water supply will resume in half hour but till the time of check out the water wasn't available, so we have to buy drink water to get fresh and check out however they charge 30/- for 1 bottle & all the cold drink available there are expired so please be careful. Please thunk twice if you are a couple and have to visit this place.

We have booked the hotel Shree Sai residency at Lonavala as mentioned below and the payment was completed from the application it self but after reaching hotel they charged us additionally 50 and as I was with my fianc and due to heavy rains I paid the requested amount. After a while in sometime after the checking the hotel reception called us and told us to pay an additional Amount of 800 rupees as they were saying that tariff for current date was high and it was mistaken from their end that they accepted the booking and in this heavy rains they were telling us to vacant the room or pay 800 and half of the time was wasted on this. I request you to refund my amount as I will check in another hotel today and action needs to be taken on the hotel management for their pathetic behaviour as they should understand in the heavy rains they were telling us to leave the hotel with a girl being by my side.

My recent experience at Shree Sai residency was an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to warn future travelers about the issues I encountered. My frustration with began even before I set foot in their establishment. I booked a room in advance, specifically choosing them based on their advertised amenities and early check-in availability. Imagine my shock when, less than 24 hours before my arrival, I received a call informing me that my reservation had been moved to a completely different hotel! This last-minute scramble left me stressed for alternative accommodations, throwing my entire itinerary into side. Then early check-in I was promised during booking was nowhere to be found upon arrival. Exhausted after a long journey, I was met with a flat refusal to my request, despite their prior confirmation. The unpleasant surprises didn't stop there. The quoted price (for extra person in the room)I received during booking mysteriously inflated upon arrival. This tactic left me feeling cheated and frustrated. Because of all these issues, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation entirely. Since the problems stemmed entirely from their mismanagement, a refund was more than warranted. However, since cancelling, my attempts to reach them regarding the refund have been met with a silence. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is simply unacceptable.
