Hotel Ganpati situated at Siliguri town state of west Bengal is very clean and easily attached to all sightseeing's. Restaurant service attached to hotel is also good and hygienic. Mr.Mayank Thapa ,a service provider in restaurant deserves special mention as his unconditional service to us and other customers is very good and polite.He introduced us with variety of food items available in kitchen and served us with grate amount of pleasure and happiness. Hotel Ganpati is situated in Bidhan Road in Siliguri. The famous Hong kong market of Siliguri is just opposite to the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of the city Siliguri, which makes it well connectivity to all the parts of the town. The hotel has a decent price range for its room. The price range is just a little above of a budget hotel.

The rooms were okayish were the bedsheets and towels were full of stains. Washroom was clean but wasn’t much maintained. The restaurant and dining area is well kept and food served was tasty and hygienic.

Wrost service in this hotel,, i have booked this property and also add breakfast, next day i ask to hotel manager for breakfast but manager saying is not add any breakfast after fue minutes agen call me and sayed that breakfast is available so plz come to the restaurant. And restaurant work boy sayed sorry sir only available tea or brade. Its possible? So then i am calling to the fab help line number and help me for this then rady for breakfast, but check out time 11am that time provide for breakfast

Worst experience in the town. The old manager have attitude and behaviour like owner. Very rudely talking, not professional at all. You can stay at your own risk. And the rooms are also small. You can get much larger rooms nearby in same price. But food was good though. Not Recommended At ALL stay!!

Rooms are too small Very overpriced.. Staff behaviour is worst . Room service boy taken extra money for bringing something from outside . Washroom was worst .. Don’t prefer staying here at 3800 rs. Horrible experience.. Even tv is not working . Hotel saluja is a better option with less price and clean room . Dont book this hotel.

If you stays at this hotel, don't expect services, forget about tea, at 7.30 am for water we have to request as staff was not available, At 8.30 am breakfast was not available, they told if you have flight we can arrange bread butter, Even yesterday's plates were kept in the restaurant with foul smell. Rooms are very small as compare to tarrif.

Guys please beware of this hotel...this is the worst experience of staying in a hotel...they will charge you a bomb for no service at all. Beds are bugged, washroom overflowing, breakfast is pathetic...you can't have anything worse than this. They are crooks. Careful!!!
