    "Worst hotel you will find in raipur , we booked through fab hotel but its utter mistake , mattress and bed sheet looks like some brothel house , very old bed sheets , rooms full of cigarette smells , wash room it stinks. No hot water , no proper parking , no water bottle , no proper management. Don't ever go to this property if any hotel not available sleeping in railway station is better than using this hotel ."

    "As soon as I reached I was told that the staff is not there because of Holi. Why take the bookings then. The bath towel that was provided was dirty and torn and the food was terrible . God knows who was cooking. For a third floor room the lift was under maintainence for almost half a day. Till eight in the morning there was no tea as the cook over slept. I have some pictures that i have clicked which show the state of affairs at the hotel. I had selected this hotel purely on the ratings and i believe they are manipulated. There is no way to escape in case of fire and for the first time in my life i felt afraid staying in a hotel. No more Fab hotels for me in future."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
