1 AverageWorst hotel you will find in raipur , we booked through fab hotel but its utter mistake , mattress and bed sheet looks like some brothel house , very old bed sheets , rooms full of cigarette smells , wash room it stinks. no hot water , no proper parking , no water bottle , no proper management. don't ever go to this property if any hotel not available sleeping in railway station is better than using this hotel .Shiva Prasad, 6 Nov

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 12 May
