1 AverageI'm extremely disappointed with my stay at yamnotri retreat in rishikesh, associated with fabhotels. the room was dirty and smelly, with a non-functional flush, torn bed sheets, and no basic amenities like hot water, tea maker, glasses, or toiletries. the service was slow due to understaffing. the food was subpar, taking over an hour to arrive. considering the poor experience, i wouldn't recommend this hotel. perhaps fabhotels should revisit their partnerships to ensure quality standards. *suggestions for improvement:* - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards - ensure functional amenities - train staff for better service - review food quality and delivery time hope this feedback helps.Shyam Sharma, 11 May
