Staff hospitality above average. Very simplified check in/out.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Got an opportunity to stay at Grand Comforts Hyderpora bypass Srinagar few days back . The experience was pretty good despite being a budget property I found it a very good hotel to stay at because of good location with huge parking area, nicely maintained rooms,better service, quality food and most importantly just on the road side of National Highway. A few kilometres away from Srinagar Airport.

Not at all up to Fab's quality, tho service was nice, property's quality was old

Very pathetic. Not recommend. Worst experience. Bad behaviour. Windows broken. Tv not working. AC not working. No room heater.
