If you want to have a very bad experience in dirty unhygienic and a room full of insects and flies then you can book this hotel. you will pay amount equals to a two star room but you will get a negative star room. fab hotels must have to check and inspect the property before alloting them the frenchise. actually this is not a hotel this is a marriage garden in which there are few rooms which they are providing as a hotel room. issues faced: 1. very hard mattress. 2. dirty washrooms 3. no toiletries available in washroom 4. lots of insects and flies in the room 5. located inside the streets of a residential colony. 6. around 25-30 minutes distance from varanasi junction station overall not recommended for a stay.

Very bad property not recommended for anyone they are frauds and liars rooms are very bad in conditions with insects and flies all around washroom was very dirty mattresses were made of stones thus very hard. behavior of staff is un friendly no mineral water provided just providing a bottle of regular water which is also not ro water. overall not recommended at all

It was a horrible experience, it's written in description that there is a in house kitchen, there is nothing there, if you ask for tea or breakfast, they bring it from outside in a plastic bag with disposable plates. no kettle in rooms, no geyser in two of the rooms(we booked four). we had to boil water for tea on stove in servant room. not even a dustbin in any room only 1 dustbin at the end of the corridor for all the rooms. i even saw a mouse in my room which got into my suitcase and it was a hassel to get it out. only the servant was cooperative who allowed to use his kitchen, that too was in bad condition. this is majorly a banquet hall for marriages and not really a hotel. when there is no function at the property, they lent it out for guests posting it as a hotel. in our 3 days of stay 2 days there was some function going on and there was so much of noise that it was difficult to sleep and there was no prior notice. and reviews written for this place are all fake or for hotels in another locations. when pointed out the workers there even said that give whatever review don't fall for it and avoid going there. in our 10 years of travel it's the worst experience.

The room wasn't clean as expected. rather is was dirty and the corners have dirt. looks like corners are cleaned only on diwali. landline and side table is not cleaned since the inception of hotel (don't touch). there were a lot of insects inside the room. it's a kind of jugaad hotel. there is a pillar inside every room near the bed. the staff is nice but owners didn't keep enough staff so if you ask for something 10 min = 1 hours, half an hour is mostly no show. they don't have availability of hot water inside bathroom. and i don't want to get started on bathroom. if you take a peep inside their kitchen you'll probably vomit. horrible experience. book only if you want to have the best worst experience.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
