The property was clean and well maintained. The food and the services were also great. The hotel is close to most of the attractions as well. For the price it's an amazing deal.

This hotel is newly built, very neat & clean. It's a budget friendly hotel in Kushalnagar with ample amenities. It has spacious room as well as washroom. It's located in the main city. They have in-house restaurant too. Must try Udupi restaurant which is 2 mins walk from this hotel. Washroom can be better for eg soap stand and better shower

I frequently visit Coorg for my green coffee export work and always stay at Suloka Towers. The rooms are spacious with large windows, offering a great view, and are close to the major coffee curing works in Kushalnagar. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant serving authentic Coorgi cuisine, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. If you're looking for a good stay for executive or business visits in Kushalnagar, I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

The over all experience was good .The room is good and well maintained and enough space but my major disapaontment was about the food that we ordered from the restaurant, That was pathetic ,They have their own restaurant where we can order food .so better i recommend not to order food from there..But apart from that room and stay is good .When I entered in to the hotel the inniitail experience was good and my disappoinment started when I had food from here. I would have given 5 rating if the food was good or up to the standard atleast

The location is good and the rooms are all also value for money ..only disappointment was the complimentry breakfast v sad taste and secondly for 2 adults only one water bottle no proper soap, shampoo, tooth brush and paste ..in most of the hotels this basic stuff is provided by the hotel ..they have to really work on their breakfast menu..

Pathetic service. The room was not up to the mark at all. Many of the electrical switches were not working. They provided only a single soap and two towels as toiletries, which is very basic for a hotel stay. Only one half-liter water bottle was given, and there was no option for refills—guests were forced to purchase additional water. Communication was also difficult as most of the staff spoke only Kannada, making it hard for an outsider or tourist to interact or request anything. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. There was no WiFi connectivity at room, no people at reception to contact at night. I parked my vehicle in their provided parking area and on next day when after checkout I saw scratches on my car. I spoke to the receptionist available and got a very irresponsible reply. He didn't even check the situation of my car. Later I spoke to their manager and the reply I got was we cannot do anything about this. Such a pathetic service. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Very very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms in which one was deluxe (2400/-) and other one premium (3900/-) via online mode. But both the rooms were same like deluxe room. No difference between premium and deluxe rooms. Agent, Vinay Mourya cheated us. He didn't address our calls when we tried to connect after realising that they cheated us. The hotel has poor parking facility and we were asked to park at the roadside.
