Rooms are very hygienic Staffs are very friendly Also they have in-house restaurant parking speciality is there overall amazing

Prime location Mantri Mall area, but situated on a small street. Hospitality of the staffs are good. Big size rooms. Old property.

Didn't provide breakfast, though they have mentioned free breakfast. Didn't get hardcopy bill either saying we booked online. Rooms were average standard

When we were checking, staff first told us that your booking is cancelled and then told us that your Booking is transfered to another fab hotel. Then aftersome time they told us to call to fab hotel and check,they cant do anything . After sitting there for 30 min he himself came and told us thatu can check in here and clarified that I lied to you before as you booked the room for too less price and I can Get more price just then as Demand Was More..... Didnt expect such behaviour from fab hotels.....Very Disappointed

My ever worst experience from Agoda booking to Fab Hotel Royal Basant Residency. We booked a room 3 weeks back ,but now during the time of check-in at 11 pm they say all online bookings are cancelled as the property is sold or so... But still the name is not changed in Google . No inimation from hotel side or from Agoda.

Not liked bed sheets are not changing properly they are using same bed sheets I stayed 6 days but they changed only once that also used ones they changed and I noticed bugs , I taken photo also and showed to concerned person then also no help

Worst experience. We have booked for 5 people from fab hotel . But the hotel authority said we have to pay rs. 1000 more. But they had not provided any extra bed also. TV not working in rooms. Also there was no remote for AC also.

I had check in directly at hotel without booking and while checkout i forgot my medicine at hotel. I had phone call with hotel reception they got my medicine and i just requested them to courier those medicine but they responded that they cant courier they are busy. i even requested that i will pay for courier charges but not ever proper conservation with phone. I had travelled back 520 Kilometers for those medicines and those medicines costs Rs.30,000/- it a ibrutinib 140 mg blood cancer medicines. Then i came to know humanity is no more existing and literally its.................. I hope the main management see this review and appoint proper humanity people for their reception. We really need to select good humanity people for job rather than good qualified people.
