Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Nice place to put stay with family/ friends. The behaviour of staff specially receptionist is very friendly. This properties has good vibes with silence atmosphere. restaurant service not available which hardly matter as one can order food from Swiggy/Zomato. Overall good experience.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Well maintained and clean rooms and other areas but feel that staffs are less. Good location, specially 10 min ride to station. It is present in the main highway which is also a plus point. Overall nice experience. I would like to again book it whenever I make a visit to nasikh.

Service was very worst. staff was very arrogant , aggressive and very argumentative. Better to stay away from such hotels.Not ready bto keep luggage .Asking to keep in lobby on our own responsibility.

Avoid this hotel.. lack basic common sense. When I have first arrived the man at the reception told me they will allow to check me in at 2.00 P.M when I had argued they have allowed. Had to ask for everything like basic towels n all. No wifi even though the rates are 3000rs per night... The fan was not properly throwing airs and the AC was not chilling... The location is best. Avoid this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms, but the receptionist only gave us one bill receipt. When we asked for the second one, he said he would send it on WhatsApp. He also tried to generate the bill using the old bill number. The room and bathroom were not clean, with cockroaches in both. No towels were provided in the bathroom . The electric kettle in one of the rooms was not working.

The hotel looks nothing like in the photos. It is an old lodge and that too was locked when we went there. So we had to book another place instead
