Service was awesome by their staff...

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

Booking my stay was a breeze! The hotel's website is user-friendly and navigating through the reservation process was a cakewalk. Within minutes, my room was secured, and I was eagerly looking forward to my trip.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. I loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as I can. ))

There were cockroaches on the room. Bathroom was also okay.

I would have rated zero stars if that were possible. Unhygienic rooms, no service, and completely false commitments. Their customer policies are absolutely not customer-friendly. Please do not book this hotel — especially through Fab Hotels.

They only make fools. They will charge for big size rooms and will give you small size room. After complains they says that you can deal with the hotels and we cant do anything. Please avoid booking hotels from fab.

As soon as I reached I was told that the staff is not there because of Holi. Why take the bookings then. The bath towel that was provided was dirty and torn and the food was terrible . God knows who was cooking. For a third floor room the lift was under maintainence for almost half a day. Till eight in the morning there was no tea as the cook over slept. I have some pictures that i have clicked which show the state of affairs at the hotel. I had selected this hotel purely on the ratings and i believe they are manipulated. There is no way to escape in case of fire and for the first time in my life i felt afraid staying in a hotel. No more Fab hotels for me in future.
