I had a wonderful stay at Fab Hotels. I checked out yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, the hospitality was top-notch, and the parking facility was convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, and overall the experience was smooth and pleasant. Definitely a good experience!

I have booked this hotel for 2days for my Parents, they are so happy with the Room, Food and staffs behavior.Breakfast is really awesome with lot of verity.Thank you team Fab and Team of Rotano grand for making my family happy.

Very wrong location on Google map, it's OYO NAR Comforts not Via NAR. Secondly, rooms are not good particularly the 107 as it's most disgusting room. No complimentary water bottle and the TV ain't working. Though the Manager Sanjay and attendant Suklum is good. Even the owner Navin has dual personality disorder. Though I don't recommend it to anyone particularly the ladies & couples as at night Rowady people drink, smoke and shout inside the hotel rooms. Though I don't recommend this hotel but you can try for 1 day stay.

The bed sheets had tiny cockroaches while the wash rooms had big size cockroaches . This is happening because all guests are allowed to eat in their rooms and the food debris are not cleaned . The garbage bin in the room have all waste food lying there for more than 24 hrs and that's the reason for breeding of cockroaches. Some guests are smoking in the bathrooms and that smell spreads across all ventilation and washroom window. The sofas are not vaccum cleaned . Peanuts and hair and ghutka wrappers found tucked between the cushions and hand rest.

Entire room was smelling of cigarette smoke. I do not smoke, wore a mask and slept all night. Very unpleasant experience. No idea how to call room service + room had one door connected to the other room so I could hear the other room members all night.. so do they hear me all night. No privacy. Hated the price cuttings..

Rooms was in bad design, wooden door inbetween rooms causing issues, one rooms sound making others distrubance also smoking smell in one room causing others distrubance.

I had much experience with Fab Hotel Crystal suites, but this due to no availability they you people suggested this Skyview hotel. But it is no where comparable with Crystal suites. Highly disappointed with this hotel atmosphere and room. Its just a single room and they laid 2 single beds attached and saying it as a king size bed and no sofa to seat and TV not working, not tea/coffee sachets, kettle not working. Worst experience.

What Fu..ing service you are running .? I booked a room and no room was given by the reception ..Do refund my money ..to hell with your service ..
