Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Far Far from being termed as Fabulous in any respect. Had enquired parking since beginning from helpline number and even hotel all termed Yes. But there is no safe parking available with them , neither assistance given by them for parking. Only sentence being told us to park on road wherever u find space if any . No Lift service , a hard thing for senior citizen to climb three sets of stairs for room. No reception but only money collection booth . Even for any trivial room service like water bottle else tea at room we will have to remind again and again and would take not less than 20 min , but will disturb you at night for payment to settle of even one water bottle. Then also they do not have any funda of morning tea. For complimentary breakfast u will have to go on ground floor cafe which have got different entrance. For lunch and dinner a different place that is u will have to go a ground floor , then again climb first floor to have pathetic lunch or dinner . We had to stay 03 nights with 2 rooms for had booked online on good faith and had made advance payment . Even during check in when we reached hotel seeing reception which was not from any class to be termed as reception , low floor roof...Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Title: Terrible Experience – Filthy Rooms, Poor Food, and Rude Staff Rating: 0 star option is not available I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this hotel earned it. From the physical state of the building to the appalling attitude of the staff, it was a miserable stay. Unprofessional Staff: The biggest issue was the receptionist, Ashwin Bhai. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward the ladies in my family—my wife, mother, and sister. Dealing with a staff member who lacks basic decency and manners made our stay feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Poor Maintenance & Hygiene: The hotel is falling apart. The hallways have peeling paint and ceiling damage (see photos), and the rooms feel neglected. The bath mat provided was stained and dirty, and the bathroom fixtures were covered in grime. It is clear that hygiene is not a priority here. Disappointing Breakfast: Don't be fooled by the "complimentary breakfast." Limited & Tasteless: The spread was extremely sparse with very few options. Poor Quality: The food that was available was completely tasteless and poorly prepared. You are better off finding a local cafe than wasting time on the hotel’s "buffet." Final Word: Between the disrespectful behavior of Ashwin Bhai and the overall lack of cleanliness, I strongly advise travelers—especially those with families—to look elsewhere. Management needs to seriously address their staff’s behavior and the state of their property.

3rd Class Service.. @Fab Hotel - if your team need a training on how to provide good service then connect with me. I will train free of cost. Atleast ask your people to have some sense. Im waiting for a guy gor 10 min. After calling he said wait for 10 min , then he will take 10 min for checkin. At least you can have asked me to take a room, we will call you for check in process. Its night 11.00 PM..

My overall experience was pathetic. I include breakfast and dinner.. they give me only a packed thali of poor quality food in dinner and provide me only one aloo paratha and tea in breakfast without giving any other option. It is really very bad experience . I booked hotel for 3 days but after seeing the condition of room and behave of staff i check out just after first night. And i didnt get any refund. Which i paid for 3 day including breakfast and dinner.. kindly support me and do neccesaay action regading refund

Worst manager ever. Went alone for stay, and out of nowhere the duty manager loudly declared in front of everyone: “Aapki fiancee yahan allowed nahi hai.” No unmarried person allowed My fiancee wasn’t even there — I was solo! He kept insisting some secret “company policy” bans certain people (never showed any rule, sign, menu note, or website mention — nothing exists). He insulted me publicly, got sarcastic, and acted like I was trying to sneak someone in. Before leaving, I put ₹200 on the counter as a “tip” and said calmly: “Yeh lo, agli baar customers se thoda achhe se baat kar lena.”. Pure ego, zero professionalism, invented rules, and public humiliation for no reason. Never going back. Avoid this outlet if this bald guy is around

Very very poor and bad experience ever. The receptionist and staff behaves very rudely. I don't book this hotel. I booked other hotel for stay then the actual day for stay at 10 AM i got call from officially booked hotel. They tell me they have issue with their property therefore they booked another hotel for us. They send me location and i saw the picture in google it was good from picture but at the 10 PM i reached the hotel. The outside look of hotel is very dirty and poor. Then i go inside for check the rooms. Again i saw bad condition of rooms and washrooms. I booked from make my trip. Then i called original hotel where i booked officialy. They refuse about booking and i was shocked because i booked rooms 9 day before i need and then i called them for confirmation for booking. At that dat they confirmed about room booked but why they refused to the same date when i need. They told me call fab customer care, i do but fab customer care is not pick up my call. Then i diceded to call make my trip customer care. They immediately pick uo my call and provide proper solution within 30 min. They booked another hotel for us and that hotel was very good condition, proper parking, proper food, proper room, staff behaviour was also good. THANKS TO MAKE MY TRIP

Food – ⭐ 0/5 The dining experience was extremely underwhelming. The food lacked taste, was overpriced, and the portion sizes were far below expectation compared to nearby restaurants. The dal khichdi was completely bland and flavorless, the roti was just average, and paneer dishes, though acceptable in taste, were priced too high for the small portions. The staff attitude during order-taking was particularly disappointing, with an unprofessional tone that felt unnecessarily rude. Washroom – ⭐ 0/5 The washroom facilities were in poor condition. They were not clean, several fittings were damaged, the health faucet wasn’t working, and the toilet flush functioned only partially. The hygiene standards were well below acceptable levels. Reception – ⭐ 0/5 The reception experience was chaotic and stressful. The staff appeared panicked and struggled with basic check-in procedures. Guests were asked to repeatedly fill multiple details manually for each person. The receptionist was visibly irritated, even hitting the printer several times when it malfunctioned, creating an uncomfortable environment. I eventually had to calm him down and reassure him. Overall, the reception management lacked professionalism and efficiency. Room Interior – ⭐ 3/5 The room itself was the only reasonably satisfying part of the stay. The interiors were decent, with a comfortable bed, functional AC, hot water supply, toiletries, and a working TV. The room met basic expectations without any major issues. Overall, the stay had more negatives than positives, and significant improvements are needed in service quality, hygiene, and staff behaviour before this property can be recommended.

Worst ever experience, with no Ac working, jo lights in the room, while paying 1800rs for a room for a night. The staff knew about the power supply cut today but didn’t inform us while booking the room at the reception. We couldn’t sleep while checking in late at hotel at around 3 am, but it was the worst night couldn’t sleep because of the power supply cut. Don’t ever book a room at this hotel in future.

With ref to my Booking ID : ZFFSY9, we had stayed at Fabexpress Kalyan Hotel, Vadodara, Gujarat for 2 days from 6th to 8th jun 2019. But it was extremely pathetic experience. First of all when we checked in at Hotel, no body was present on reception counter. Receptionist was sleeping in store room area, when i shouted 2-3 times, he (RAJESH SHARMA) came to counter and checked my booking in his mobile app. As i had paid only part payment in advance, he asked me to pay rest amount immediately. As i was with my family (wife & daughter), I requested him to allot a room first so that ladies can seat there. But he refused it and so rudely asked me to pay full payment first. When i paid full payment and completed booking process in his register, he allotted us a room. But the room was not ready as per my booking. I have already booked a room for 3 person but there wasn't any extra bed. When i asked for an extra bed, after long wait he provided. But there wasn't any pillow and blanket for extra bed. It was useless to provide details in advance and talking to hotel person in advance. Actual bed size is much smaller than it seems in photograph, the wooden bed is much smaller and they have putted very big matress on it. But its useless. As the both ends of the matress are in air, it doesn't have any wooden base. On next day morning when we asked for tea and complimentary breakfast in room, they refused to provide it in room. They have a restaurant at Ground floor, so they told us to go downstair for tea. When we reached to restaurent, he asked us for the coupon for breakfast, which we were supposed to get from Hotel reception, but receptionist didnt told us about it when we came downstair for breakfast. We were having four bags in our luggage, but at the time of checkout no any person came to drop luggage. So rude those people are and there is nothing like management, no any coordintion between Hotel and restaurent.
