Even they don’t deserve one star but google doesn’t have 0 star, I had Very bad experience, hotel staff was terrible and unprofessional. Despite of confirm booking for 3 rooms they kept ready only two rooms and designated rooms were not given and no support given by Fabhotels team also despite multiple calls. Worst experience came when they asked extra amount for rebooking third room for one day extra which was already booked by us n amount was paid. Rooms were dirty n dust around n Basic sanitary items were not given. Too much confusion n communication gap between fabhotels team n actual team At hotel. Will never book this hotel and use Fabhotel platform for any booking.

Very bad hotel for stay specially staff behaviour was so bad always ready for fight and mannerless talk from there side. Plz do not stay there with family such mannerless staf and unknowledgeable staf how to treat customers.
FabHotel Royal Aanandam
Very bad experience from the reception manager. Misbehaved for reaching before check in time. Did not help to manage the heavy luggage until pleaded multiple times. Told to carry the luggage by ourselves. The rooms and bed sheets were extremely dirty and nothing similar to the pictures. Very shady place and unsafe for girls. Ruined the whole trip experience. Made us stop the trip in between and checkout before time. Haven't even given basic services like water. Reception manger shouts at every single thing.

Not recommended for a stay due to poor service and unresponsive staff. I found a rat in my room, and when I informed the manager, he dismissively replied that all hotels have rats. The shower was not functioning, and the so-called deluxe room was very small and cramped. Additionally, the behavior of the Fab customer executive was pathetic when I called them around 10 PM to report these issues. Overall, the Fab service experience is a complete waste of money.

Very Pathetic Experience!!! Rooms are not that clean, washrooms are also very musty. I have spend most of my time outside the hotel because of my meetings, that’s why I didn’t change it to another hotel. Staff is also not cooperative. The guy on reception (May be the owner) is also rude. Totally my experience is very bad staying in this hotel. I request Fab Hotels not to tie up with these kind of Hotels as it affects your good image. Thanks

I have booked this hotel for my parents, the rooms were terrible. Staff was not polite neither were helpful. Toilets were leaking, sheets were used so was towels. Also rooms were messy and were not smelling well. I would like to mention the customer care was of no use & was terrible as hell. So irritated with the experience that I might never go for a fab hotel again.

I have booked online this hotel, and this is my worst experience when we went there, hotel manager said you have to changed room if any family came here,, i asked why,,he says i have no any room. There room was very dirty, bedsheets, pillows each and evry thing in worst conditions. if you are visiting gwalior and searching hotel rooms don't go there.
