Net net everything was good. You can book through booking but can pay in cash by cancellation with discount. Make clear to the owner that how many rooms that you have taken. Kids are not free. Parking space is available. Beware of dogs at night. Good place to spend time. Couples are allowed.

Staffs force me to give good ratings . When ever it's not. It's not meet satisfactory level, rather than another Fab Hotels. Overall looks is good. But the bed sheets and pillow covers are not washed and cleaned. Rooms are fully closed , no air circulation system. If you have no option, then go there , otherwise never choose this hotel.

Stayed here for a night, and the experience was quite disappointing. The location is poor, it doesn’t even feel like a hotel until you step inside. While the rooms were clean and fairly well maintained, the service left a lot to be desired. The landline didn’t work, and the staff came across as quite unprofessional. To make things worse, we couldn’t sleep properly due to constant noise throughout the night. The guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud-shouting, slamming doors, and creating a ruckus. There was no check or control from the hotel staff on this behavior, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and professional stay.

Toilet seat was cleaned since ages. Even room was not clean, lot of dust accumulated on the walls, tables, room are suffocating, Even the bed sheets were dirty. Only the thing which was good is staff.

I stayed at this hotel two days ago with my family. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There is no cleanliness at all, and hygiene standards are very bad. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty. When I asked the staff to change them, they initially refused and only changed them after a heated argument. This is a very bad hotel and I strongly do not recommend staying here. The TV was not working, and the geyser was also not working.

It was really bad experience. No phone working , no TV working , we had booked 3 rooms . Nun of the room geaser was working . I was having small child age of 3 and 2 and was not able to make them bath . Even I have washed my head with cold water before I go to relatives home in this gold temperature outside . Too much bad experience and will not book in future with fab hotels . Only food was fresh and ok .

Food quality is way too bad....we have ordered paratha...and there was mosquito in the paratha... Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I booked this hotel through Agoda at a discounted price and was excited about my stay. However, upon arriving on my booked date and time, I was told by the owner that they had no rooms available. Instead, they shifted us to another hotel nearby, which they owned. The alternative hotel was horrendous. The room was in an appalling condition: it was filthy, reeked of a horrible smell, and the washroom was so unhygienic that it was unbearable. The bedsheets were dirty, the floor was unclean, the bed was in terrible shape, the chairs were broken, and even the geyser didn’t work. It was evident that the only reason for this shift was the discounted price I paid through Agoda. This is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, the pricing of the bad hotel was the same as the original booking, proving that the owners were simply trying to profit by cheating customers who book through discounted platforms. This experience was beyond disappointing. I feel cheated and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and its affiliated properties. Such practices should be reported, and I urge Agoda to take strict action against them to protect other customers from going through this.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.
