We have a very good experience, exceeded our expectations, Service Was excellent, we will come back again and wished to stay in their suit room... Food was tasty, they serve multiple dish like Chinese, Indian and Continental, We will visit again..

Arrangement is totally good/ staff behavior are quite presentable. Cleanliness is upto needs. Only in room need wardrobe as it is very much Essential.

Hotel Ganpati situated at Siliguri town state of west Bengal is very clean and easily attached to all sightseeing's. Restaurant service attached to hotel is also good and hygienic. Mr.Mayank Thapa ,a service provider in restaurant deserves special mention as his unconditional service to us and other customers is very good and polite.He introduced us with variety of food items available in kitchen and served us with grate amount of pleasure and happiness. The rooms were okayish were the bedsheets and towels were full of stains. Washroom was clean but wasn’t much maintained. The restaurant and dining area is well kept and food served was tasty and hygienic.

Rooms are too small Very overpriced.. Staff behaviour is worst . Room service boy taken extra money for bringing something from outside . Washroom was worst .. Don’t prefer staying here at 3800 rs. Horrible experience.. Even tv is not working . Hotel saluja is a better option with less price and clean room . Dont book this hotel.
