• #6ETakeoffTuesday (“Offer”) is open for customers bookings IndiGo flights, only through IndiGo's website (www.goindigo.in) or mobile app, on May 1, 2018 between 1200 hours and 1800 hours (IST) (“Promotion Period”).
• This Offer is conducted by FabHotels Limited (“FabHotels”). Under the Offer, the eligible customers booking IndiGo flights will be issued discount Voucher worth Rs. 699/- (Six Hundred Ninety Nine Only) per passenger per segment (“Voucher”). Vouchers may be redeemed on or before [?].
• Only resident citizens of India who are of sound mind and aged eighteen (18) years or above are eligible to accept this Offer. Any flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website or mobile application, will not be eligible for the Offer. This offer is not valid on group bookings.
• The Voucher can only be redeemed on www.fabhotels.com or FabHotel’s Android and iOS mobile app, on a minimum booking of Rs.1999/- (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nighty Nine Only) (“FabHotels Booking”). Only one Voucher can be redeemed per fabHotels Booking, for customer’s stay scheduled at any time before [?]. Redemption of the Voucher is subject to FabHotels terms and conditions available on [?].
• Vouchers will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of booking IndiGo flight, within seven (7) working days from the date of flight booking. IndiGo will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery of Voucher due to incorrect email address or any other incorrect information provided at the time of flight booking.
• FabHotels will be solely responsible for addressing and resolving queries, claims, issues and complaints, of any nature, arising out of or in relation with the Offer, Vouchers and FabHotels Bookings.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme or promotion, of IndiGo. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
The Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. The Offer may be terminated or modified at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• By making IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period, customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
• This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
