I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anurag Residency in Guwahati, and I must say it was an excellent experience! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was prompt and efficient, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Anurag Residencyis a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Guwahati, whether for business or leisure. Being a frequent business visitor to India, I am never staying anywhere other than this hotel.

Room was perfectly decorated, well designed and clean. the breakfast was good, we really enjoy our stay. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms and food service is good but hospitality is not good..

The staff are not trained as per hospitality best practices... He kept my pregnant wife waiting in a non AC room for more than 45 mins ... First he gave us a room where ac was not working, the worst yet to come the lift was also not functioning in the 3rd floor. I had to raise my voice then they shifted us on another floor .... Where ac and fan had no control... I somehow managed that night and checked out NXT morning

Worst experience went for the second time but even going again and if a couple is going there I will say please be careful and think before going there

Worst experience.Dont fall for the pictures shown.The rooms are extensively used and are degraded.Wires were hanging.I checked 4 rooms and all were in the same degraded condion.Most of the Washrooms were damaged.The owner should look into this.

Romm conditions is poor and not like that shown in photo, damage room condition. Don't book worst experience for stay

I have booked 13 rooms in their hotel in 2024 August. Until our vehicle reach their property they havent even informed us that the vehicle will not go till the hotel as the road work is going on. From that moment onwards we started facing the worst part of their management without any help offering 26 ladies to walk through the mud to reach their hotel. And their rooms smelled smoke and weed and not at all all fresh as their staff were using the rooms. 20 of us checked out the place that moment itself and the rest stayed as they dont have any option. Then came their Dinner menu, very costly and not worth a penny. I strongly suggest not to book this place and not to make a fool of your self and your money

This is the first time in my life that after booking a hotel with paid online i had to pay extra money to the property. How do you feel when you reached the hotel after booking a day in advance and paying the whole amount online and the property manager said that they have no room available? it was 9PM I guess.. After so much of argument, they told me that I had booked a hotel for less than the rent of their hotel, and therefore I had to pay another Rs. 1000 extra to get a room.. Where else can I look for a hotel at 9 pm?? So I had to pay the extra amount. even after booking the hotel with breakfast I had to pay the amount of breakfast that I had..
