Very nice hotel that too in very decent price . Big rooms were provided with all facility . Staff is very helpful and cooperative . Food served was of very good quality Breakfast, lunch aur dinner everything was served on time . Had a very nice experience . Highly recommended it .

Fantastic hotel in Agra. Location was too perfect No rush area everything is available on walking distance. Room was good at this Price. Especially 3rd floor rooms. Only the negative point is Lift. There is no Lift so it can be bad for old age people. Room service was also fast.

Rooms are ok but minimum service.Even simple tea service is time consuming affair. No lift. Lot of time wasted in check in. Location is crowded one.

Staff was too rude.they overcharged me . didn't give complementary water bottle for free . overcharged me

Worst worst worst hotel I have ever seen in my life....hotel consist of 8 tiny rooms No tv no geezer no towel...rude behaviour of staff.

The hotel is disgusting and dusty, Stains on the bedsheets, The bedsheets are not at all cleaned and have dust on them. Breakfast included but service and food is genuinely pathetic. All the stuff in the rooms look broken down and old, the room is so stinky and looks very dirty. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, terrible stay and hygiene.

The stay was terrible. The rooms are filled with dust( I had allergic reaction), no hot water was availble, all electric circuits in the rooms are open, and also get a mosquito killer with you otherwise you cant sleep. Tv was not working, toilet ws unclean, no flask given, no telephone, no good foot mat, no fan regulatir,and even no proper door lock. The worst stay ever. Refer the photos I shared for more info

Let’s have a detailed review of this property for better understanding and judgement of the people booking this property. 1). No Toiletries 2). No Wifi 3). No Working TV 4). Dirty Linen and Cushion Covers 5). Dirty Rooms 6). Dirty Floors 7). Fake Photos 8). Dirty Bathroom 9). 0 trained staff 10). Receptionist or Manager rude These are some basic requirement when you book a hotel for your family trip but this hotel fails to provide you a family friendly enviornment. The pictures looks nice and trust me all the 5 star reviews are either fake or paid. Personal Problems Faced During The Stay- 1). We booked the property 3 weeks before our arrival date that is 31st Decemeber 2023, They did not mention anything in the property discription that they are hosting a new year’s party at their rooftop which will end at 2:00AM in the morning. The music was so loud even till 2:00AM that we could not sleep. 2). The rooms are so dirty and not at all maintained well, Linen is so dirty that you can see curry stains and lots of other stains. 3). All the walls are being painted with the Gutka pukes or something elsebeing spilled by any customer staying earlier and the owner does not give a damn about cleaning those stains. 4). Manager or the receptionist are so busy in arranging the new year’s party that they do not even care to talk to you properly or your parents for that matter. 5). We ordered tea in the room, they served us the same in a cup which was clearly washed in a hurry, served along with a quarter plate as a saucer to the cup which was clearly used for some noodles or soup thing earlier and the waitor or the bell boy was missing the party so much that he half handed the cup to me in the room and rushed like rabbit found a carrot. 6). Not recommended for family or couples at all. Unsafe behaviour of the managerial staff and the guests which came to party and that too from outside the hotel. 7). They have the kitchen attached to their lobby which is just below the first floor rooms, You can clearly hear the sounds of kitchen at 2:00AM from your first floor room and can not sleep at all. 8). No security gaurd or top managament level employee available at the property in case of any unsafe issue. 9). When asked to stop the songs or lower down the volume of the music the night shift asked me only ‘Sir Band karva dein abhi?’ I mean hello are you serious its 2:00 AM in the midnight and you are asking a guest if he has a problem for loud music. 10). They charge you Rs.2590/- for a double occupancy room but frankly the room should not cost more then 500/- if the conditions remain same. 11). Drunk guests roam around the whole property and nobody is there to stop them or even ask them to lower down their voice and keep calm. In short, Unclean room, Unsafe for Family & Couple, Not worth the price. Maybe a Dharamsala would have been a better option in Agra. Such a Bad experience that we had to checkout one day earlier Regards, Achin Kalra
