All staff good

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

There are so many Mosquito in the room. I have not sleep the night because of the mosquito... I have seen the pic in the fab app that tub room is mention in the pice what price I have book the room but there are no tub room in this price ... So please mention the proper pic with the price so we can eassy to book the room and we get enjoy the room what we have booked ...I thought I will get tub room but I have not got ..... But okay no problem .... Thankyou

Cigrette smell was there when checked in. Hot water facility not there. Food was good ,however staff told me that i can order food before 23.00 however my second order was at 22.30 they haven't accepted my order. In tv some channels were not subscribed. Ac was exactly parallel to the bed due to which it was was uncomfortable. Lastly the big situation is of the mosquitoes,even the all out was there still the mosquitoes were there till my check out time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was very congested, with space only enough for a queen-size bed also the bed was not comfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell, the blanket was dirty, and the bedsheet was filthy and even torn. The walls were also stained and looked unhygienic. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered tea at 10 a.m. and received it only around 1 p.m., after following up four times. Although the tea itself was good, the service was far below expectations. The location was also a major issue. The hotel is inside an industrial area, and continuous machine noise made it very difficult to rest. There were no nearby shops or tea stalls either, which added to the inconvenience. The TV in the room was not working, and overall maintenance was very poor. Service charges was higher side ex. for 15 Rs water bottle I paid 30 Rs. each for 4 bottle. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel to others unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

Upon our arrival at precisely 12:00 PM, we were asked to wait for five minutes before the staff escorted us to our room. The room was extremely small, with dirty walls and bedsheets in terrible condition. The pillows were of poor quality, and the sink tap was broken. Additionally, the TV was not operational. When I requested the manager to have someone deliver the package I had ordered to my room, I was told to come outside to collect it myself because they were busy. Later, after ordering food, it was delivered one and a half hours later, despite our repeated inquiries about the delay. Overall, my experience at Fab Super 7 Inn was terrible, and I will ensure I never stay there again.

We had booked the room one day before, but just because we checked in at night they gave us the room with bad condition. 3 rooms were shown all had some or the other issue, the bedsheets were not clean or there was some smell in the room. The room we got the faucet had no stand, the knob of shower was broken, the vent in the bathroom was not working, there was no telephone and mainly the flush was not working. Plus the reception guy was rude when requested a better room. Not considering this place again.

Worst experience. Worst customer support by Agoda Pathetic customer support by Fabhotels Disgusting hotel staff, No manners to talk to clients or handle issues. Complete payment was done with Agoda, also had email confirmation as paid and confirmed, but staff denied the entry and made us sit in lobby for an hour. only after making another payment they let us check in, money was refunded later but very bad experience.
