Despite there being scope for improvement in certain areas of the hotel, I truly appreciate the fantastic effort the team is putting into making guests feel valued. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially thanks to one of the most courteous and professional staff members Ive come across. The warmth, respect, and genuine care shown in handling guest needs deserve a special mention. Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

Hotel was in good location, well connected to the nearby market. Food and decent, ordered from outside ocassionally.

No dustbin , cigarette butt's all around, unclean , no water at 5 am for washroom , no drinkable water .
